To me, the serious divided between ratings (either a 1 or a 5), isn't so much a rating of the facility as it is the mindset the people doing the reviews. It's a place to get car registrations, transfer titles and pay taxes. How comfortable and shiny-new should it be? And of course you're gonna wait - How can ANYONE expect it to be any different that it ever has been? And I find that if you're courteous and prepared when you go up to the window, they usually respond to you in kind.
It was so easy. I went at 4:15 and there was literally no one there but me. I waltzed in and had my new tags and registration before they closed at 4:30. Love the new place.

Horrible. Rated one star since that's the worst I could give. Rude staff, incredibly long wait times. Even if you reserve an appointment online, you can expect a significant wait. I realize they serve a lot of people, but perhaps if the government didn't make every transaction so complicated, things would run a little smoother. It took us 4 trips and 4 half days off work to get my daughters drivers license. Avoid this office at all costs!
In and out pretty quick every time I've been. Good customer service too.
