TERRIBLE!! My sister & I made a reservation for tea a month before. Upon arrival there was no one around to welcome us or ask questions, the tea room was roped off for a bridal party. We took around waiting for 30 minutes for a staff member to appear, nothing. The bridal party was anxious to get rid of us and made it clear they had the reservation. I would give this place less than half a star if possible.
The food is amazing and the service is exceptional. The salads and homemade soups are delicious. If you manage to save room for desert your lucky.
I am a regular customer of this establishment not only for the quality of food but also for it's reasonable pricing. The food and service has always been impeccable. This gen of a restaurant takes the time to ensure it has the highest of quality for all customers, not only in taste but also in presentation. I have always found the service to be outstanding, the server is always prompt and attentive to my needs as well as the needs of others.This precious hidden gem goes above and beyond most places in catering to the wants and needs of its customers, including accommodating special menus and desserts upon request. These are just a few reasons why I keep coming back
I love EVERYTHING about going to Sapphire's! I am never disappointed when I eat here. The service has always been exemplary when I have gone (and I go a lot!). We are having them cater our wedding in October and we didn't even consider going with anyone else! If you find yourself in or near Lewisville, make sure that you stop by, you will not be disappointed!
I was here for a high tea with a group of friends. While the overall atmosphere was nice and the food was delicious, the service and presentation of the food was atrocious. For whatever reason, our server was very snide and snippy with us. I would say that if you come here, do not make a reservation because it is very overpriced for the crappy service. The other tables who walked in without reservations received better service than my group, and at a cheaper rate. High tea is $25, whereas standard lunch is $15.
