I like the clothes, the staff usually is helpful. Every so often it's under staffed and the staff there seemed interested in helping. But for the most part it's a good store.
This store is always well put together. Whenever I go in I am met with a great selection and great customer service. I love their clothing and would recommend this clothing store to anyone. The other Catos I have been to are smaller and do not have as much selection. The prices are really good and I love the sales racks!
Used to be good. Now it sucks out loud. The choices aren't any good for plus sized and the fasion they offer as awful as the customer service
I love shopping at Cato. My only complaint is the manager, I had a couple of questions and she didn't even look up as I spoke to her. I'm thankful to the employee who came to help me and actually did her job.
