There are times when you say you will write a review for good service, but you never get around to it because you get busy with the activities of daily life. However, there are also times when the service is at such a high level that you have never experienced, and you have to immediatlley put on the breaks and write a review right away. The service that I received from the store manager John Hennesse was nothing less than amazing. He answered all of my questions with patience and guidance, provided me with the correct equipment for my install, and made me feel like an appreciated customer. Thanks Car Toys! This will be my new source for all my audio needs.
I want to commend Brant. I recommend for folks to ask for him specifically. He was very professional and accommodating. He went through all my options effectively. Most of the other staff didn't seem so eager to help me, but Brant stepped in and went above my expectations.
Had a stereo installed by this location two years ago. I have recently had some electrical issues with my battery and had to have it changed. After this the stereo wouldn't work. Took it in and they got right to it, found the problems (several fuses blown) fixed all of for no charge. Service after the sell is great. They could have charged and I would have paid gladly but they have a customer for life because of a few fuses and a great system!
Had a new hands free radio put in my daughter's vehicle a few weeks ago. Dropped off the vehicle and went to breakfast and by the time we got back...approx 40 min, the guys at car toys were done! Unbelievable service. This is the 2nd time I've had a radio installed by these guys and they do excellent work. Radio looks like it came in the vehicle new. Highly recommended.
Had a blind spot alert system installed last week. After driving awhile I realized that the left side alert came on when a vehicle on the right side appeared. Same problem...different side...for the right side alert. After getting home I noticed wires hanging about 12 inches below the rear bumper. Problems was easily resolved by me but the issue just demonstrated shoddy craftsmanship and quality control.
