my experience was horrible less than one star my mom died on June 6 I went into the office on June 8th signed an agreement to witness my moms cremation I wanted to pray tell her bye press the button for cremation all the arrangements that I signed for and paid for. this was on a Monday we were told it would take a week for the medical examiner to sign off on everything we talk to them on Friday they said everything was signed and we would hear from them next week with the schedule time they advised us they didn't do cremations on the weekend on Monday we called them 4 times and left messages to find out when we can come and view her an say goodbye we were called 10 minutes before they closed they said they made a mistake they cremated her 2 days ago by mistake it was a new guys fault they said they were so sorry nothing could be done we can pick up the remains tomorrow or the next day they had no regard for the impact that this has on my life that I was not able to tell my mother goodbye I feel lost I feel cheated I feel hurt before you choose local cremation in Lewisville Texas on round Grove Road please consider the risk they don't value the remains of your loved one they are thoughtless and careless and they told me they were backlogged so it appears they were just dumping bodies in the fire I suppose to clear out their backlog and my mom unfortunately was one of their backlog that just got thrown into the fire I have no words for the hurt inside me please do not utiluze them if you do you may be sorry I don't wish this on anyone may God have mercy on their soul
My dad's wishes were to be cremated and after being deceived on the pricing with the Neptune Society, we used Local Cremation who had a better price. They promptly picked up his body. The communications and updates I received were top notch. Brittany was the one I dealt with most and she was working hard to get everything completed in a timely manner.
