I suggest and hope the Manager will put a copy of the instructions on "How to Process an e-Giftcard" at each register so this will not happen again.

Clean quiet store with everything you could need. The Starbucks here can't make custom drinks well so I'd avoid doing that. Otherwise great store.

We are regulars at this store. Much better than all of the local Walmarts. Like any store it has its ups and downs but overall it's our #1 spot for groceries.

Tom Thumb used to be great.I live 2mins away and would rather go to the Kroger 10mins away.Everyone is so dry and don't seem to be excited about there job.Amber in customer service was so dry.I wouldn't say she was rude but didn't seem to want to help out.No thank yous how are you or nothing. At Kroger I'm greeted by almost every employee down to guys pulling in carts. Not at Tom Thumb. My son wants a summer job but I would rather him go to Kroger.Step it up Tom Thumb

You really need to become a member to get the prices down. Food prices are fairly average, but non-food items are very expensive. A little hard to drive into and out of.

I purchased a $50 online gift card, printed it with the instructions for the cashier on how to enter into the register. Simple you would think. I had 3 items , when to the register to pay, the cashier told me we can't take those at the register, you have to go to customer service...oh I forgot to mention I had just used it at the Tom Thumb fuel station in the front of the store.. I informed the cashier of the above , but she insisted she could not process my gift card. I push my cart to the customer service desk, she also had no clue on if they take the e-gift card, I again informed her that I was there last week and they eventually read the instructions... The customer service associate called her manager, the manager stated, "I have never seen one of those, let me take it upstairs to my office people. He returns after a few minutes and informed the cashier at the service desk, "just follow the instructions here on top". Classic case on "not listening to the customer". When I presented the first cashier with the e-gift card, I let her know that the instructions on how to enter it was printed on the card, same with the service desk cashier and same with the manager. This was 15 minutes wasted, because none of these employees knew how to process an e-giftcard. Not a very good experience.
