"No star" option. What a shame.
I took my grand daughter to get a haircut and the so called stylist, just totally obliterated her hair. I told him how I wanted it and when I felt he didnt undestand because I noticed an English barrier, I showed him a style that we picked. He immediately pulls out a spray hair product to wet her while he cuts it. Instead of cutting her hair from the outside of his fingers, he cuts it from the inside. I noticed he was giving her a mullet. When I told him it was too long, he then literally jumps around her scalp to make it shorter. When I pointed out REAL LONG hairs left uncut, he just cut it. Not even trying to make it the same length.
She was easily the SLOWEST stylist I've ever had. I get a simple clippers cut that takes 20 minutes tops and she took 45. And it still looked like total crap! AVOID.

I then told him to stop and asked for the Managers name and number. He asked "you no like?" I said "No!". He then tells me "no charge". I asked a couple of more times for the Managers information and he told "no" and "I don't know". He then tells me "get out!" I told him not without the info. He then tells me

One stylist working on a Saturday, huh? Did some shopping to kill the quoted 20 minute wait, which ended up being 35 minutes. I soon found out why.

Sadè always does an amazing job on my hair. I have mixed hair and she makes it silky smooth with a huge amount of volume. She's so sweet and I love her to pieces! She even comes over to the grapevine store so she can style my hair! Her shampoos are to die for!!!
I will NEVER return to this place and corporate will hear about the untrained and unprofessionalism of the employees working there.
