I have to say this is the first pleasant experience I have ever had dealing with any law firm. The pricing was as advertised and I'm not used to that with attorneys.

My wife and I experienced an unbelievably terrible contractor experience and we had no choice but to terminate the contractor. Although the contractor was paid for work completed they chose to place a lien on our property for more than three times the amount of the original contract and we had virtually little recourse or so we thought. We consulted with one attorney who gladly collected our money but gave us no recommendations or solutions to our situation. After considerable research my wife came across Kelly Davis & Associates who had a considerable amount of experience in liens and fraudulent liens. We schedule a visit and met with one of the associates and knew right away we were at the right place! The probing questions with intelligence and expertise gave us immediate sense of relief. Our associate sent an exceptional demand letter citing the many flaws with their lien to the contractor requesting the lien be removed within 5 business. Needless to say, it was removed within 5 business days and we can now have peace back into our lives. I have to say that I have never had a situation like this and Kelly Davis & Associates truly provided us a legal solution and alleviated the months of anguish that we had experienced.
