The nurses are a joke here, no proper room for care. Took 7 tries to draw blood.
The staff was rude, no eye contact, unfriendly and didn't care.
Good experience. Appointment made yesterday and honored today on time. In and out in 30 min. The hematologist was very considerate, the desk staff nice as efficient.
We found out my daughter was missing to vaccines 4 days before school started. I called every walk in clinic, and they didn't carry MMR. I couldn't get in with my Pediatrician until next week. We went to the Health Department, and I was expecting the worst.
Front Desk people are so rude, when there twice, early morning, they don't give me all the information, just half of it. So at my second time that's when I found out, I was just wasting my time, the person who's in charge of doing application is there only Tuesdays and they give numbers. So I got there at 8.20 am and they don't have any numbers left.
So sad!
Every employee was friendly, and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised! This was not what I was expecting, at all.
So it will be appreciated if Monday when I was there at 8.15am, to know all that so I will not going to be like ok I didn't know that. The excuse they said both time, it's because we don't have enough employees.
There was a wait. But typical to my doctors, 20 mins give or take.
