I have a difficult key because its an XL length- no one at lowes, home depot or other locksmiths were willing to go the extra mile to find the key- Rich was willing to give it his best shot and he found the key! perseverance!!! definitely call Rich for all your key needs- he will try his hardest to help you !

Great Service! They were on time and quick. They are also very patient! I had forgotten my key and they waited for me to get my extra set of keys and return so they could replace the locks.
