DO NOT order from here. This place shouldn’t be in business. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Didn’t even taste it. I ordered thru Grubhub and tried to call restaurant to get a refund and the person that answered the phone put me on hold when I asked for the manager and then picked back up and acted like it was a different person. This lady was VERY rude and refused to give me my money back. So I called Grubhub back and they called the restaurant and the manager was so rude to the Grubhub csr. Unbelievable!
I removed the pizza from the serving tray to snap a photo of the grease. This, sadly, was probably only about half of the grease.
She didn't "get it", and the man walked away upset.
Completely disappointed! A month ago we were in love with this place. The last two pizzas delivered were drenched in grease... what happened?
I came in hoping to give them a better rating because I've been to Rosatis elsewhere and they used to be good. Don't go.

Our pizza, unfortunately, was so greasy I was gagging. I couldn't finish it.
Along with that, the pizza was extremely greasy and burnt. I asked for Asiago cheese topping to which I didn't receive. They clearly don't care. Sad!
I debated whether to rate 1 or 2 stars, but because this is an isolated incident, I selected 2 stars. I've had delicious pizza here before, but I ate here on Thursday and was literally so grossed out I won't be coming back.
I have no issue with pizza grease, but this was such an excessive amount it made me sick to my stomach the rest of the day.
On this occasion, the service was subpar. We were the only customers in the building, but we still waited longer than we should have to order, get our drinks, or even refills.
I wasn't going to order again but they sent me a coupon. Medium thin crust pizza still $21 which is nearly twice as much as the average. Delivery took awhile but driver seemed excellent. Pizza was bad. Overall it was very salty, even the half without olives. Didn't like the pasty sauce. The dough was probably too old when they baked it judging by the dryness and browning pattern. You can't just punch down yesterday's dough and call it thin crust. If it had tasted ok I wouldn't be sitting here analyzing what went wrong LOL. Cannoli was perfect.
During our wait, a gentleman walked in to pick up a pizza he ordered ahead of time and, after sitting for about 20 minutes, he walked up to the register to inquire if there was an issue with his pizza.
Not a complaint, just an observation. But to add to that observation...
He, clearly frustrated, said " y'all knew I was sitting here this whole time."
The awful Jesus jazz music album has got to go.

I made comment to the server and she didn't have anything to say about it. I'm sorry to rate this so poorly, but I won't be returning.
