Chris Rose is probably the most knowledgeable and helpful person I have ever come across in any pet store. Being a pet lover and a proud dog mom I am alwwys looking for better ways to take care of my corgi/shepherd. Chris was happy to help me make informed choices on new and better foods to try! They also do nail trims for 8 dollars which is hella cheaper than any other place. She also took the time to show me how to do it myself at home.
Guaranteed Kitty Satisfaction. We bought a bag of "special" cat food and our spoiled kitty turned his nose up at it. They happily exchanged the used bag for a more suitable flavor for our finicky feline.
This place is awesome. They have some of everything for ALL your pets big or small, the prices are great and the staff are friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. I only come here now unless it's something incredibly specialized. But they can order mostly everything. They have a lot of things that aren't on display that they can get to you with their next delivery!
I normally take my dog to PetSmart, but they closed earlier and so I tried Pet Supplies Plus.
They have EVO, unlike any of the other chains, which is very healthy and high calorie canned cat food for those of you with overly skinny, fussy cats. Their prices are surprising good for all of the upscale good.

I came in late (around 8:30) and everyone there was so friendly and helpful and kind. It was easily some of the best customer service I've ever gotten. They were also knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed, since I've never owned a dog before.
