On May 21 my house got struck by lightning causing extensive damage, the people at Renown not only took care of its complete reconstruction but were there for me throughout the whole process, maintaining excellent communication. Everything I was promised they deliver. Coy, Chris and Jeff treated me more like family than a customer.
Coy Greathouse is the best! We had a lot of hail damage from the big hail storm in March. I had 4 companies out to assess the damage. Coy and Renown was the best company by far. Coy explained exactly what needed to be done and walked me through the process - answered all of my numerous questions and made sure I knew what to expect. I really trust him - he went above and beyond during the whole process. Renown worked with my insurance company to get all repairs approved in advance. My new roof looks fabulous. Will definitely use them again if we need a new roof in the future.

Erika Girard was my point of contact with Renown Construction. She had such passion for Renown Construction and her involvement with the company. She was very proud of the fact that they set themselves apart from the rest of competition. Her integrity was high and everything she promised us, she went above and beyond to deliver to us. I contracted with Renown Roofing to repair my roof twice. I worked with Erika, Sean and Adam, who were awesome. They did an excellent job. Erika was my point of contact, her customer service, and follow-up were outstanding. If I had any questions she was prompt and responsive to my needs. Sean was the project manager and checked in with daily to ensure that everything was running smoothly. Adam called as well to ensure that the project met my satisfaction. I am very please with the work that was done.
