Went to the mall for the first time in years. Will be going back more often. Very clean, Christmas decor is very nice. Shops are friendly and found several bargains. Hope the new owners keep up the good work.

It is so sad to see this mall going under. It used to be the only place to shop if you were in Carrollton and north. I was in a few years ago and the unsupervised teens were rampant, which was a turn off. This also contributed to adults leaving Valley View and going elsewhere. Too many empty stores, and very few customers. It made me sad to think of all of the shopping trips with my daughter and her friends to this mall and the great memories made looking for the just right dress or jeans or whatever.
Not sure why but this mall is dead. It's been slowly dying for several years now. It's right by a busy highway and is next to dozens of other thriving businesses so I don't think it's the location. Best thing about the mall is the movie theater, which has recliners
I love the holiday decorations! I'm really hopeful that the new management can turn it around. It is a beautiful mall and very well taken care of and clean. I have many good memories of shopping there in the past. Looking forward to seeing the new and positive changes!
