I was very excited to come back and have this massage. As my first experience was wonderful. This time was a complete disaster. I was expecting a 90 minute massage and it ended up only being 60 minutes. The massage therapist left unexpectedly a few times during my massage and only massaged my right arm. He completly forgot about the left arm. (I feel he was multitasking taking care of the front desk.) I was going to tell him but before I had the opportunity to he was moving on the the next client. When I tried to complain at the front, there was such a huge language barrier that he did not understand what I was trying to tell him. He looked confused for my dissatisfaction, as the only thing he understood was a thumbs down. I ened up leaving very disapointed and aggravated.
Consistently a very good experience. My wife and I have been numerous times and it's always very relaxing and the price is more than fair
This place rocks, it's my wife and I "treat yo self" spot.
Would give it 5 but some of the techs use too much pressure; to the point of being painful. Don't seem to take queues from flinching and grimacing either...
Wow...Second experience better than first but both excellent! Feel like jello from neck down :-) highly recommended and wife and I will return.
