After we closed up our shop at Traders Village I found Valley Ridge and I'm glad I did, I love it. I have never had a bad experience or any rudeness from the manager R.W.
My 8 year old son will ask on occasion to stop in so he can visit with Mr. R.W. This may be influenced a little by the bowl of sweet treats he always has on the counter or that they pick on each other both with smiles ear to ear. R.W. understands life can hit hard he's understanding and works with you. I always left his office feeling encouraged and with a smile.
4 stars; 5 if you could consistently use the online paying function properly.

We have been using Valley Ridge Storage for over 7 years and our experience has been tremendous.
They have security cameras in place recording the activity at all times. Im a very petite female and I have always felt safe when I'm there working taking pictures of items to sell. He acknowledges that I'm there and I know he is keeping us safe which is very reassuring these days.
The manager is extremely rude to customers. Yells at customers and threatened to block the unit without explanation. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.
I would and have recommend this storage facility. You won't be disappointed. And if you don't need a storage unit take a drive over there read both sides of the marquis it is always funny and changes frequently.
I'm not sure how he does it but the grounds are always well maintained and litter free.
I don't understand the other review here. I have now been a customer twice and I never experienced/saw anything like that.
I needed a small storage unit for a short period while transitioning to a new job. After enjoying the marquee humor for years, I stopped in to ask about prices. The manager was very helpful and had a sense of humor that was of no surprise after laughing at his sign every day on my way home from work. He helped me chose the right unit, gave me a great price and sent me home with candy after mentioning I had two young boys. The manager also told me about his partnership with Salvation Army as a drop off point for donations year round. While waiting to sign paperwork, I watched as he served what I guess were a couple regular customers. It was obvious by their banter why they consistently choose Valley Ridge Storage. I recommend stopping by even if just to chat with Ralph and pet Boris, the office cat.
