Goomers were so caring and kind to my pets. My dogs a 7 year's old and this was the best experience we have ever had.
They have everything you need for dogs and aquariums. The selection of decor is nice, and great selection of dog food. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately the selection of fish was smaller than preferred.
I hate the groomers at this location. Our vet was booked this week and we needed our dogs nailed trimmed. Their website said walkin friendly but the women at the front couldn’t care less. It literally seemed like we ruined her day by walking in. She didn’t give her name, but she was sitting at the front of the groomers counter at about 5:45. She was rude and impatient with our puppy and our other dog who has anxiety. And their nails are BOTCHED. It literally looks like I took them to the butcher to have their nails cut. And our puppy is barley six months old but they still charged full price (puppies are only $6) and when I asked about the difference in price, she said that our puppy was ‘past the cut off’. Like, what?? What puppy over six months old isn’t a puppy anymore? Never coming here again.
Went to petsmart on my daughter's 5th birthday to buy her some tetras for her first tank. At this point the tank had been set up and running for 2 days. Jeremy told us her fish would die if she didn't wait longer. Waited two more days and came back in. First he asked me if i had a blue light for my tank (i did) then told me that 4 tiny tetras would die in the size tank i had (4 gallon). Does this guy ever actually sell fish to anyone?
Jeremy needs to learn some people skills.
We have always brought our pup here and never had any big issues. One day, her fur was very matted. They shaved half of her body before calling and telling us they could not finish and we needed to take her to a vet to complete the shave. We took her to another groomer the next day and they did an excellent job for half the price. Not coming back.
