Super friendly staff, great prices and selection. Really awesome job WinCo! Meat prices are fantastic, bones ribeye for 6 dollars a pound, beef tenderloin for 5.98 a pound, yes please! Got to say every time I go in the staff is great, they are very helpful and cheerful. Whatever WinCo is doing they should tell the other chains.
Poor management because they rather give the employees with lack of work ethic and knowledge to run a department rather than an employee who actually has the potential and mind set for it especially if they have been working there hard for many plus year yet they rather listen to their Ego than actually be professional about it. One of the knew management seems to be very sexist against women as well, doesn't treat them with respect and had actually told one of his female employee that he didn't have respect for her which I think is very unprofessional. Management needs many approvments. The employees themselves are wonderful! It the management of the store and management of the department's of the store that needs the approvment. They will lose business by losing their hard workers that has been their for many plus years and wasted their potential away just to have it taken advantage of by doing most of the work that not even the department manager can do. So If you ask me it's the ones who put in the most work and knowledge deserves the most pay not work like a slave for the department manager and when the department manager happens to make some mistakes, the M.I.T is the one to blame which is not fair. Work on how you treat your employees. On another note they do treat their Customers well! And they are a great store to shop at! Thank you have a good day!
Relatively clean, inexpensive and provides quality products. Though I don't mind bagging my own groceries I wasn't too fond of doing so especially when there was no line behind me. Overall my first time experience went well.
Pricing on certain items changes more often than I am used to, but I learn to put up with the change.
