Same old rent a car
I had a great experience with the Lewisville location. The rep was prompt, and very courteous!! I will definitely use them next time.
Rented for work, picked up a vehicle as planned after speaking with them on the phone, and was quickly on my way. Super friendly customer service, happily accommodated my changing schedule, and helped me with the paper work when my vehicle got hail damage. Will always rent here when in the area.
After many years renting from another agency and getting terrible service and terrible cars, I ended up renting here a year ago in an emergency when that other agency failed once again to have the right vehicle available which I had reserved months in advance. The service here is friendly, and understanding of my needs. I have rented here 6 times in the last year, and they have given me exactly what I needed or better every time. Five stars is not enough.
Not sure why this location have such bad reviews. They were very friendly, very helpful, and very patient. Although they did not have the standard size I originally booked they tried what they could to accommodate to my needs. I ended up paying for an upgrade, but the whole process was easy and quick.
