Lowes is a great place to shop for home and garden needs. And this time of year, anything you need for the holidays. The staff is helpful and you can find one when you have questions.
The store was also in disarray with ladders and boxes in the aisles. May be time for new management!
Terrible customer service! Ordered online and was not at the store and associates couldn’t even find it at the store even though I had an order number, paid for it, and did store pick up!
The sales rep. Was great. They overcharged me $20. From shelf price to register. Got some higher items and did not notice. Now i have to go back.....
Went to this store over lunch today to pick up a few quick items - (I normally shop the Flower Mound Store) - There was ONE cashier on the floor with a woman with about 30 plumbing pipes to buy - I asked an employee walking by if they could open another cash register and she directed me to customer service where there were 4 other people in line!!! A manager should have either found someone or opened a new register.
Go to Home Depot everyone :/. Hopefully they are better...
I have bought a new refrigerator, dishwasher, and a new kitchen faucet from this Lowe's and I have had a great experience every time. I just bought a Christmas Tree tonight and they were very nice and were able to net it and load it into my van. I prefer Lowe's to any home improvement store.
