Great little neighborhood hardware store!
Old and run down, with that feel of a shop that's been there for decades... Employees that seem more interested in chatting with each other than offering any help to a customer... HOWEVER, if you're looking for that one special nut, bolt or screw, then they're a LOT closer to a real hardware store than Lowe's or Home Depot will EVER be. They had exactly what I needed and it cost me less than $2, so I'm still giving 4 stars regardless of the rest.
Terrance was amazing. I got greeted as soon as i walked in. Three different employees asked if i needed help. All professional and very kind. Very good quality service especially Terrance.
I've never been inside the store because I'm disabled & loading & unloading my walker is difficult right now. But when I called & spoke to Michael about several items that I need, I was treated well, he was knowledgeable about all of the items & assured me that they would assist me in getting everything that I need. Great job.
Ordered mirrored sliding glass doors last Tuesday and they were supposed to be shipped to this store in 3 - 8 days. I hadn't heard anything since I placed the order so I called today and was told the order had been cancelled because the item isn't actually available. I paid almost $200.00 that has been fully processed in my account, waited an entire week, and would have never known my order had been cancelled had I not called the store. Then, when I spoke to customer service she said she can't tell whether the order was cancelled, and she can't issue a refund. I was told to call back if I don't hear from corporate by Friday. Really disappointed in the lack of communication regarding my order and the poor and very unhelpful customer service.
