I sent my issue for this place to the BBB. They contacted them 4 time and no response. My case was closed due to lack of response. Now I am receiving calls from collections from the Medical City of Lewisville and SONG MD RUI, the radiologist. I have now sought legal advice and will be taking action.
Women Please Be Cautious!! If they ask to come back to "re-take" your mammogram, its not considered preventative and not disclosed. Per the tech - it was a "bad" picture and just needed a better one. All medical facilities make you sign something that makes you responsible for what insurance doesn't pay for. But most also provide a treatment plan to inform patients. This place did not.
Always love comimg here - in and out in 15 min and always a good experience. I'm not sure if the bad reviews are for the Addison location or Lewisville - the Google map site says Lew but the address is Addison. Anyway, I have experienced the bad mammo places and was put through horrible pain because the techs didn't know what they were doing. Solis never hurts me and the whole experience from start to finish is so easy, professional and classy.
This facilities management is horrible, especially Holly. I'm actually rather shocked by her attitude and abuse towards me. I was very confused as a new patient I thought I was going in for a routine mammogram instead they did other procedures that was not covered by insurance. I know things happen but this managers attitude and treatment towards me was shocking. I feel so bullied for not understanding medical terminology unless you know medical terminology do not ever go here.
