I was admitted to Medical City Lewisville on Thursday September 28 early in the morning and right from the first moment the staff at the hospital was nothing but helpful, friendly and prompt to perform their job at the highest standards I’ve experienced. Texas is the 5th state I have lived on and unfortunately I have visited hospitals in those states; Medical City Lewisville is by far the best Hospital I have visited and people in this area is very lucky to have a place like that to help with any medical needs.
I’m home now and I feel great, from the first moment until I was discharged I always received the best treatment, the most complete information, the nurses and technicians were checking on me every hour, even the food was great which hospital food is pretty bad but not here.
Avoid this place and all cost. The people are rude and have no customer service skills or ability. The way that they speak to people is unbelievable. Dealt with a Karen and she was so rude and had such an attitude. She needs to learn how to deal with the public if she's choosing to have a career with the public. My two-year-old has better manners than she does. Please find somewhere else to go this place is awful.
When I was on my way to the hospital on Thursday morning I looked at some reviews online and they don’t make any justice to the hospital. I was a little concerned with I saw ratings of 3.2 but I can say now that I’m not sure why they were that low. I give this place a hard 5 and I want to thank them for the great care they had with me.
100% AVOID THIS HOSPITAL. The doctors do not care about patients and don't do anything, even if it ends up in a baby's death. These people should be in jail. This hospital should be shut down for good.
They are the best medical facility I know of. They have always given me the highest quality, and friendly service. I've been there many times (I've lived in the area for 35 years). My recent visit, for some routine screening, reminded me of just how good they are. Short wait time, professional staff, couldn't have been more friendly. It really makes a difference. I feel very confident in them.
This place is horrible. The Dr took 3 hrs to come in and when he finally came checked vitals and left. Didn't introduce himself say what he found said nothing. Then the nurse came back in a d said I have your discharge papers and a prescription. Didn't say what the EKG said what the blood work said. Nothing. This is the worse experience at a medical facility I have ever seen. The customer service really needs to be reviewed. This facility is not patient/person centered in anyway. I see why people go to urgent care clinics. You have too do better. People don't just go to the ER for anything, especially children.
