Needed my mirena IUD out asap I called at 10 said they could get me in at 1130 went during my lunch the whole staff was very nice and quick was out with 15min left on my lunch. I have never felt more comfortable going to a woman's clinic.
Receptionist did not tell me about payment or pre lab instructions. They illegally refused to treat me after learning I was transgender.

She is very knowledgeable and gives you all the information you need to make a informed decision about your health. I recommend seeing Susan Moss when you go to PP.
I made TWO appointments. They rescheduled both of them. The first one wasn't really a big deal, we just pushed it back a couple of days. The second one- the only appointment they had was on a day that I work, so I rearranged my schedule so that I could be at the appointment. They called me ONE HOUR before my appointment and said that they needed to reschedule because the nexplonon removal was lengthy procedure and they go to lunch at noon (my appointment was at 11:10) and were understaffed. However, the 11:10 time was the time that THEY GAVE ME, knowing what I was coming in for in the first place
