Today marks ONE month that I have been wearing my wedding band and half of the diamonds are already missing. Of course, I purchased the 5 year warranty, however, every time I go to get it repaired, the salesmen/women there are extremely pushy about me purchasing a new ring instead. They keep sending me home with my defective wedding band and telling me to just think about it. They sold me a piece of trash and expect me to spend even MORE money with them. My best advice is to just not shop there. I'm VERY disappointed! Update: 3 days late, my ring is FINALLY back from repair. When I picked it up just now, it is in the shape of an oval now, rather than a circle. The jewler was extremely rude and even called me a liar at one point. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well as the Jewelry Ethics Commission. I have every intention of paying the fee to the JEC so that they will act on my complaint. I will update once everything is complete.
DO NOT BUY HERE! My husband has been doing business with this jeweler for years and last year we got married. He purchased my engagement ring from them and a few months later we purchased my wedding band. A WEEK after getting married, a small diamond from the band came out. A month later, ANOTHER diamond went missing. I don't work construction or w my hands so I was baffled! Since we'd moved to another state, it took a few months to get to the jeweler but they fixed it and cleaned it no problem. NOW I'm back and another diamond fell out a few months ago and w the holidays I couldn't get it in there. Now they're saying I have to pay to have it fixed!! 3rd diamond and 2nd repair!!! I'm beside myself! Horrible service. We will NEVER buy from them again!
I wanted a baby gift for my wife who was in the delivery room. Since I was completely lost as to what to get, the lady sales person helped me with several suggestions which made it a whole lot easier. I ended up buying a great necklace at half of the budget that I told her. Sales lady was not pushy nor did she sell me something over or even at my budget. Heck I ended up getting a gift for my new born baby as well. Thanks guys!
I bought a set of champagne and white diamond earring and necklace set today. They were aggressive with pricing and friendly. I will be back to let you know of the quality in about a year. They gave me pretty good pricing and wanted me to come back and buy all my jewelry from them We will see.
