The customer service, the moment I walked in it was AMAZING to say the least. When making a big purchase as such you want the experience to be more than just the dollar amount, and here Wendy did just that. She was welcoming, genuine and wasn't forceful. She took the time to see what my taste was then based on that gave me some recommendations. Ken was great too, he was attentive and kind. I would have to say that after going to Jared, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Some may think its over priced, but in all honesty you get what you pay for, and if you want quality, customer service, and genuine people, definitely go here and talk to Wendy and Ken, you wont regret it! :)
Went in to buy an engagement ring for my boyfriend (yes I proposed!). I was very nervous at first because that's unconventional and afraid of judgement but the staff I spoke to were very thrilled at the idea and very helpful. A month later my financee and I went back to pick out a ring for me and again they were helpful. We are also penny pinchers and they did not seem judgemental at all - just super nice and helpful. Would take my business there again.
I highly recommend this store based on the great customer service and quality selection of diamond rings. Wendy took the time to listen and understand what I wanted. She was pleasant, well informed, and eager to help me find the perfect ring. I never felt pressured. Claire was also very friendly and helpful, as was John who worked on sizing my ring. Winford Fillmore, the General Manager, was there greeting the customers and ready to lend a helpful hand. I was very impressed by the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. And of course I am very happy with my new ring! My experience was both enjoyable and rewarding.

I was told by a representative of this store that I had 90 days to return and/or exchange my jewelry, even though it said otherwise on the paperwork. I was told by their general manager that he could not help me other than an exchange. I received a cheap thin chained bracelet, was unhappy, called and thought I'd be taken care of. WRONG. Don't buy your jewelry at this location in particular.
