Rooms were clean. 1st floor must be all smoking rooms because it's very robust even in hallway. I was on third floor and did not notice any smoke smell in the hallway.
A total nightmare from the day the GM named Sergio arrived. Extremely unprofessional, underhanded staff other than the long term employees. Thank you Miss. Peggy, Miss. Jo-Anne, Manuel and Miss. Sylvia. Christie the "lead" is even worse. Double charged us for upgrading Internet. I had to email Corporate because of their refusal to have pest control return for roaches and the day prior to checkout deleted our coupons due at checkout AND our $100 deposit. My suggestion, record your conversation as I have in order to get your money back in court! Side note, it's absolutely legal in the State of Texas. Educate yourself. As a form of retaliation the GM named Sergio called the police on me when I pressed play. Imagine how I felt that there was a need to press record?
Used to be nice. Somebody died here. Heard rumor they told the family they had till 4 to remove the body. Staff is nice probably just not getting resources from corporate.
If I could give a negative 3 stars, I would. The general manager is sooooooo unprofessional. His staff DOES not clean but want to charge an extra $10 upon request to clean. I literally watched a housekeeper make the bed up with the same linens that were used prior to the next guests. They have bugs and I have pictures and proof. My child had an infection due to mold in the air conditioners and I also have documents from the hospital stating that. I was told I couldn't get a refund or anything and was removed by law enforcement with my infant child. Even law enforcement suggested I contact a lawyer because it was completely unprofessional and embarrassing after I've spent over $700 in less than a month. They smoke weed and cigarettes in all rooms including non-smoking rooms. The staff are ALL messy and gossip way more than the people staying. There's always people on drugs screaming for 3 hours at a time almost weekly. The staff are on their phones at all times and hardly at The desk. This place wasn't so bad at first but it didn't take long to see we would never return. The general manager is afraid of complaints. And im sure with this one it wont take long before he no longer has this location.
Worst hotel experience ever!!! We were there for about 4 nights! Not once did they clean the room! The front desk stated they clean every 7 days!! For us to get clean towels we had to take them down our dirty towels! I didn't even bother to go down for breakfast, oatmeal is not breakfast worthy for a hotel! I would pick a motel 8 over this hotel because at least u get better service for lower the cost!! U had to request ur dishes for the kitchen, there was no coffee maker, u had to request for that as well! Almost positive u had to provide ur own coffee! I had my daughter and dog with us so the entire time I felt so dirty having walk on the floor! My daughters diapers were thrown in the same trash for 4 days! So nasty! Never ever will I stay at one of these hotels again!
