Stayed there two times. Decent place. The smoking room on third floor was nicer and smelled better than non smoking room on second floor. Mike at the front desk was great though both times.

This is a message for management and I higher up of branch #972; I just got home from work and I tried to enter my room and my key didn't work. I could get in the hotel but when I put my key in the key reader it gave me a red and green light combination; I used the phone in the lobby and the maintenance man came to help me which I want to thank him for because he had to help me at 3:30 in the morning. So after he helped me tried the card again but it gave me the same red and green combination so again I used the phone in the lobby again, but every time I called there would be a connection but I would hear no voice on the other side and I used the phone three times. I just want to get in my room and got to sleep and for the people on the other side of the line to not answer is a out rage. I'm writing this message on 6/28/2017 at (currently) 4:18 A.M

The room was infested with cockroaches!! I had my money refunded and do not recommend it to anyone ever. There was someone's dirty socks under the bathroom sink in the cabinet. It looked clean on the surface but it was not.

I really like it here! Beds are so comfy, room and bathroom are very clean. Brightly lit parking lots.

The hotel was ok. If you're looking for 3 or 4 star, plush towels and pillows. This is not the hotel for you. If you're looking for somewhere clean to lay your head...welcome. The beds are ok but definitely not the best mattresses. The remote would not turn the TV but on and off and we could never get it synced. The front desk was useless in helping with this as they just said unplug and plug the TV back in. The shower for the most part was clean but could have used a dose of bleach at the top where it was starting to turn black in one area. The windows do open completely without a screen so be careful if you have small ones. Also if you're going to be here longer than 2 days, I would highly recommend bringing your own toilet paper unless you like roughing it (and I mean that literally) with one-ply. The tissue was horrible. Other than those minor things, for the price I paid, I got my money's worth.

The employees are so friendly and helpful. Its exactly what we need as we transition to a new chapter of our life. Thank you Suburban!
