The store was fun but the service was awful. There were 3 staff standing around talking to each other instead of trying to help me find what I was wanting. I never did find what i was looking for. Prices were affordable. Restaurant was nice & clean. Our food was very disappointing! The other Cracker Barrels I've eaten at had much better service & way better food. This was the first time my hubby had been & I was very disappointed!
The food is adequate and nothing to be excited about. Quality has gone down over the last few years but it is easy to get a fast bite.
I love cracker barrel. It is a family favorite! This one was clean & had a very welcoming atmosphere. The waitresses we had were kind & very accommodating.
Great food, great prices, great customer service. The gift shop is a nice petty l perk too!
We try to go as often as we can on Sundays when I'm not working. We love the chicken special and always get half of it to-go to eat later. We never have had awesome service though till today, and all she did was exactly as is expected but was just so sweet and genuine. Our server kept our drinks full along with some to go, gave us plenty of corn bread, and was very prompt and sweet! Thank you Maria, we will be asking for you from now on! Thank you for making our little Sunday tradition very enjoyable.
