I've been to this Main Event many times and always have a good time just because of the people I was with. However, I wasn't impressed with the service the past couple times I've been. We waited at the front counter for 10 minutes to get some billiard balls and the line wasn't budging even though there were five employees at the counter.
I went here today and lost my fun card the manager on duty a great African American guy named Bryan really was amazing .
He immediately handled the situation professionally he got me another card and was attentive to the issue and highly responsive . His customer service skills were great and he did not disappoint.
Ver nice place to go with family for bowling, tag, pool, etc. Also you can eat and have kids birthday parties there. I will go back nice and clean place. Love it.
Another great person was a staff member young kid named Mohan he helped me and my son when the game got stuck and he was very nice and helpful when it was time to cash in the tokens .
This place is amazing from the staff to the food.
Good indoor amusement place for kids. Expensive though. On certain days they have discounts, like all you can play for less than $20. The food service is awful but the food is better than the average bowling alley food. You have to go find a waiter to order, go find silverware, go find waiter again to pay. Worst service is on days when it's not busy. Bowling, laser tag, putt putt, billiards, arcade, bar, restaurant, and place for birthday parties.
I really like this main event and the services
Came out to bowl late night. Our server was nice. Price was not worth the quality of food. Taste like a frozen pizza that you buy inside of a grocery store. Mixed drinks over price and water down. Will not be returning to this establishment enjoy myself at other main events.
