I have never had anything but good service here. Recently I was helped by Karen and she was kind and helpful.
I recently replaced most of my shoes (and socks) with SAS to help with foot problems and am so pleased. I will never buy any other brand of shoes! Joe, the store manager, was super helpful, and I believe he also is the manager for the store in Hurst, where I've also had outstanding service from Michelle. They know their shoes and can recommend the ones that look best and work for you.
An old lady with blond hair was not attentive looking at me up and down. I like shoes here though. Since then I go shopping at other SAS locations.
If would be very helpful to post the store hours somewhere on line! I'm not driving to the store unless I know it's open and your website should state hours instead of me having to call.
