Food is awesome too!
LOW QUALITY FOOD IS DRENCHED IN SALT TO MASK HOW BAD IT IS
Menu has a lot of variety and the food is really good! I love going during Happy Hour and definitely recommend the Gringo Dip especially with Red Canyon Waffle Fries. The Tater Kegs are pretty good, but the bacon flavor seemed a little artificial to me. Their wheat bread and honey butter comes with most entree orders but the Zeppelin Pretzels are way better! The bar runs impressively smooth for how busy they get sometimes and the bartenders are always friendly. A great place to try out (downloading their app can even get you some great deals).
My wife and I have had friend pickles all over the country. These were hands down the BEST we've ever had! Amazing fresh food all prepared there daily, great service and fair prices. One of our new favorite spots for sure. Only tip I would give is stick with their draught beer over any mixed drink.
My girlfriend got an odd, rolled up, tube of meat for her "Special Sirloin Steak" We both shared our food and it was utterly disgusting... Our food was just smothered in salt. Everything from veggies to meat was overly salted. The sirloin steak looked and tasted like it had been microwaved.
Lots going on in this theme restaurant. There is not a single square foot of wall or ceiling space not decorated with some piece of Americana. The menu is quite extensive as well, with traditional fare as well as some new surprises. In my five visits I have not been disappointed. The wait staff is friendly and the prices are competitive at about $15.00 per person without alcohol. Speaking of alcohol, there is a nice Beer menu that shows what a beer lover needs, data. Cannot comment on desserts because I haven't made it that far, yet. In the afternoon, I see many families, grandparents and young parents and young couples. This place appeals to everyone it seems.
I can safely say that we will never come here again.
We have been here probably 20+ times now, and everything has been excellent. Each server has a different spin on presenting themselves, which is totally cool. Some are fun and layed back, some more professional, some like to make you laugh. Always fun to meet a new server each time.
I don't go to a restaurant for their service. I go for the food so when I get below average service, I'm usually patient and excusable as long as I get my meal! I can even care less about the atmosphere because some of the best foods I've ever eaten were from shady looking places, But let me tell you about my first experience at this 54th...
I ordered a Cajun Steak Sandwich without cheese and my girlfriend ordered the Special Sirloin Steak. They brought back my order and gave me a Chicken Philly Cheese steak oozing with cheese. When I told the waiter that it wasn't what I ordered she insisted that it's what I ordered.. I even seen the waiter write down "CAJUN STEAK SANDWICH NO CHEESE" on his notepad. I even had to bring back a menu from the front desk to show them what I ordered.
