Over priced,not good customer service

The owner Dan Schmitt won't provide cigars for customer, tells employees to sell customers on over priced cigars instead of getting the cigars the customers want, treats his employees bad, is unorganized in his procedures

Very good cigar selection and very good people. I recently started smoking, and they helped me out a lot.
This place is going down hill fast. More than half of the humidor is empty. Selection is poor.
It used to be a great place to get cigars.
I've been a member for over a decade now and I have to say this last Friday will be the last day I buy from Up In Smoke. I won't rehash what other members have said, but when you don't even stock Arturo Fuente... Well, there just isn't much else to say. If you need a good smoke travel to Grapevine Cigar & Tobacco, its where I will be shopping for now on.
