They were careful with everything, wrapped and padded everything and assured me everything would arrive in one piece!

Black Ops gave us the smoothest move we have ever had. (And we move a lot!) They made it so easy, wrapped all my important furniture and placed it correctly in the new house. They were so fast! The crew was just amazing, we enjoyed their fun "can-do" personalities and smiling faces! NONE of those stupid fees that other places charge, best price in the area by far!!!! After a very rough move with another moving company we were not looking forward to moving again. These guys let me tell you were amazing!!! Short a guy due to an illness they work their butts off to get it done in even less time than the quote even short handed! With just as much care, even got our fridge in a very tight spot with no damage to anything. Also re assembled our bed and installed the washer/dryer!! Love these guys and would recommend them over and over!! Thanks y'all! You put my faith back in movers.
Dillon and his crew (Andrew, Ben & Evan) were great, they literally ran from the house to the truck and and back trip after trip. I'm pretty sure they're super human because they didn't take any breaks, and they didn't eat, I'm not even sure they used the bathroom?!
I had a pretty big request: move EVERYTHING in my house (which was A LOT) and additionally, drive across town and pick up some extra furniture from another location, and take it all to our new house.

They did not move me but I am a manager at a storage facility and we had a mutual customer. The movers were nice and respectful of other customers and facilities rules and regulations. Great guys.
Additionally, they went above & beyond. My job literally took all day, 2 trips with the truck, and at the end of the day/night. There was 1 important item that didn't fit, my kids wooden outdoor playhouse. They didn't have to, but these guys went back for a 3rd trip at 9pm and lifted this 4 ft by 4 ft with a roof wooden playhouse OVER an 8 ft fence, brought it back to our new house and lifted it over another 8 ft fence. My kids were so excited that it didn't get left. What a relief, I had zero idea how we were going to get that thing out of the old house before the new owners arrived! I can't thank them enough for that! They really made sure we got everything out that we needed to get moved in time!
