A bit pricey, but a 15 foot truck is perfect for moving two people. Self pickup/drop off is a great feature too
The customer service is appauling. Condisending, do not care attitudes. Especially from Cassie. Computer issues, and working standing around do nothing while people are waiting. I highly recommend not renting here.
Stopped here for propane after dicovering that I was short changed by home store nearby. The representative was quick and efficient in getting my tank filled. He sent my receipt by email and I was done.
Friendly staff, super easy to get in and out of. They hook up and detach the trailer for you. This was great for my wife when she picked up the trailer. Clean building and parking lot. Also they sell propane which I didn't know, will go to get the tank refilled next time.
Extremely professional and great attitudes even though exhausted crazy lady returned the truck with her husband, they tolerated me. (smile)!
