Amy is the main reason we love this place! When we 1st rented she was professional and very knowledgeable, helping us determine the best unit for our storage needs. Recently, after experiencing a significant concern, Amy stepped in and resolved everything, truly going above and beyond. She is an absolute asset to the company!
Amy was great. She listened to what I was looking for, gave several options that would meet or exceed my needs. Although, I may have been rushing her she kept her composure and professionalism at the same time. Should i ever need a storage again rest asuure this company will be at the top of my list.
I was moving into a new home and had to move out of my apartment a week before closing. So I found Life Storage which is really close to my new home. Amy Fix Life Storage manager on Denton Tap really helped me with discounts that I could not believe. The original charge for a 10 X 10 storage was $36 and she got it down for $26 for a month. It left me with my mouth hanging open. Amy is funny and make feel important.
I recently visited Life Storage accidentally to be honest. I ended up leasing a storage unit from Amy while I was there. I needed one don't get me wrong but I was at the wrong storage facility. After talking with Amy and learning of their prices and perks and because of her sweet demeanor I am now the proud leaser of a storage unit 20 miles away from home. In a world full of negativity and poor customer service I have to say I was shocked at how professional yet kind and personable Amy was and is. Kudos to her and this company for having such an outstanding sales manager!
