My civic was having issues and I was very hesitant to repair at dealership, but Auto Nation Honda diagnosed the issue and fixed it perfect and I paid almost the same amount like any other repair shop would charge. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Best part is if you are living with in 10 miles they have free shuttle for drop off and pickup. I highly recommend this place.
Not sure who some of these other people saw, but I guess I was lucky. Everyone was super kind when I went here, they checked out my car with a problem and spent over 2 hours trying to diagnose it, and couldn't have been nicer. I will definitely come back here with future issues. They were super fair, and checked out my car thoroughly so that I felt safe driving it home once they were done. They also explained it all to me, which I appreciate.
Services performed were recall repair, synthetic oil change, tire rotation and alignment, transmission service and change of cabin air filter. My service advisor Joe Sims did a great job explaining the service required and had me out of the shop and on my way in record time.
