Lewisville Autoplex is awesome! My salesmen JD Quintana was great and very helpful! I was out of town buyer and most of the business was conducted over the phone which actually went way better than expected. When JD got tied up with walk in customer, the manager/owner would call me right away and take care of everything I needed. The finance department was unlike other dealerships it was fast, friendly, and painless! Normally finance departments try and shove extras down your throat, at autoplex Nick was friendly and honest. When I didn't want extended warranties,tire and wheel packages, etc. there was no hassling and trying to convince me to spend more money. Even the other salesmen were super friendly knowing they were getting no benefit from this customer! All around a great family business with definitely be a returning customer.
