They all stayed well past closing to make sure that we were able to drive away in the perfect truck for my son.
Purchased a GL350 from Rod at Charlton Motors. Before i came to dealership, Rod called me on drive there to say he discovered a crack in windshield. He replaced it first thing next morning, also changed oil, did an alignment, and inspection. Mercedes GL 350 was delivered with all this done and in very good condition. As with any used car, sometimes it is not possible for dealer to know everything. A little inspection and knowledge by the buyer is important to point out any issues. This was my first time doing business with Charlton Motors. My salesman was Ricky Clark, but every single person there was awesome! It was a very enjoyable experience. The personnel there were friendly, helpful and very professional. Bob worked a real miracle and they were able to get me a much lower interest rate than my Credit Union, which was a definite plus!! While waiting for the new loan approval they feed me and my family lunch fresh from the grill (complete with sides and drinks)!! My family was extremely happy about that, and the food was delicious. Bob even bought me Starbucks while we waited! The car itself was/is absolutely beautiful! I bought a used 2013 Mercedes GLK350 with low miles that looked almost showroom new. I am so very happy with my purchase and my experience, that I'm telling everyone and sending my family and friends there as well.
