"Miranda" at the make up counter thinks she is the make up POLICE! My daughter and I were trying to see what color foundation and powder we were and she freaked out! Ma'am you can't do your whole face, Ma'am!!! For the past five years we spend over a grand here to buy all 3 of my children's school clothes, just like we were doing today! I would have bought more make up, but we were rudely interrupted by "Miranda". The last time we came she did the exact same thing to us. The same lady! I felted so embarrassed, harassed, and this is not the first time, but the SECOND. She will not ruin another shopping trip with my daughter and I. I work so hard and get very few days to spend with my children.
The staff was rude and unhelpful. Their toilet paper roll fell off the wall and hit/bruised my hand and they showed no concern.
I love Kohls! They have great prices and discounts. Their sales people are wonderful and go out of their way to help you. Also, their return policy is the best.

Had to stand in the queue for 15 mins there was one cashier there and he was seeing us the whole time... A old lady jumped the queue didn't even had the courtesy to ask us if it's okay. The cashiers didn't have the brains to ask the lady as well or us... I had a 5 yr old girl with me who was getting impatient and my time is valuable as well..... Never going back will cancel the credit card if I can.... So pissed
