I have recently become disabled and the customer service some of these employees show is beyond wonderful. They know me every time I come in, they always help me out to find a cart for me to ride on since I can not walk, and if there are none available they have me sit while they look for one. Love, love, love the front employees! Very friendly people.
Lewisville store employees are not customer service oriented. When I am able to find an even employee for help I usually get "it's not my department". The store is too warm and there are never enough cashiers available. Fresh fruit and vegetable prices are better at Aldis.
Good selection of all items. Keep it well stocked. You do need to check prices on meat products with tags. Staff is always helpful.
If I could give a negative rating I would. I wanted in line for 20 minutes this morning because there was only one cashier. I had to exemption so I could use self check out, which we in abundance in typical Walmart fashion. I continue to wonder why I keep shopping at Walmart. I hated walking thru the door each time I go in because the experience will always be horrible. However, I do have to the clerk that assisted my was very sweet and helpful!
Prices higher than my home store in Florida. Difficult to drive into and out of. Selection fairly limited.
