My vehicle was brought over to service from the body shop for a electrical concern with the ac. I was charged a diagnosis fee without a for sure fix. My ac will blow hot on the driver side and cold throughout the rest of the vehicle when driver side temp is set at 60, when you change the temperature to 90 the driver side will blow cold and the rest of the vehicle will be hot. After being told the technician took apart my blend door actuator and reinstalled it I would need a new one as this one was working but just backwards of the temp setting. Then I was told if that did not work I would need a new control head for the vehicle.. HMMMM? which do I need? I thought a diagnosis fee was to diagnose the problem. then correctly repair it and not throw a part at it. next I was told of other repairs we would need which is fine we have several miles on the vehicle. The only problem with that was, I was never offered an oil change to be done on the truck and when I drove off the lot not 2 miles on the highway the low pressure oil light comes on and check engine light and a message turn off engine low oil pressure.. wow and was just told besides the items on the multi-point inspection everything was fine and in good shape. I did not get a copy of my multi-point inspection so I have no parts and labor quotes or part numbers I will need to budget for. Looks like some one really tried to take care of my vehicle and my families well being. Oh still got that diagnosis fee though.
By far the best dealership me and my husband have ever used we've used we've bought Ford, Lincoln' ,Hyundai's, and a Buick. From different dealerships in the past and we were blown away with how nice and accommodating everyone was at this dealership our salesman was Greg was very nice! The dealership has gone above and beyond for us and we our grateful my husband will be looking for a new truck pretty soon and we know where to look .
I have been meaning to post a review here on Google about Huffines Chevrolet in Lewisville. I purchased my Trailblazer and my Tahoe from them but not my Malibu (special from my Husband). Personally, I love this Dealership. Sales and staff are awesome to work with. The Service Department is SUPER top notch to me and my Family in customer service. Brian O'Connor and his team are Rock Stars in my book. They treat you like Family and make sure everything is to your satisfaction. No matter what time of the day, they are NEVER too busy in answering questions and taking extreme pride in making sure everything is taken care of. I have been a VERY loyal customer of Huffines and always will be. Folks, they do treat you like Family. I cannot state how much they care for their customers. Thank you Brain and everyone at Huffines for being part of our lives for the last ten years!

I saw the vehicle online, placed a call and Paul answered. When I arrived the vehicle was out front waiting with the keys inside.
