I did a drive through wash this past Wednesday. While I was a bit taken back by the price of the top drive through service ($19 instead of $15 like most places), they did manage to get my car clean, and I wanted to give a huge shout out to Kenny, one of the employees there.
I enjoy and appreciate the service and car wash I receive. I got the unlimited for 1 month. No commitment and a great wash for my BMW. The wheel and hand dry is always good too. Only one location tho.
I pulled over for them to do the towel dry and wheel well dressing. Kenny took almost as much time as I personally take on my baby. He made sure everything was dry and properly cleaned. A+ props to Kenny. I don't carry cash on me, but next time I come through, I'll make sure I have a tip for this gentleman.
I’ve only been here twice and the first time was great. They had wonderful service and were very detail oriented with the hand wash. The second time was a completely different story. The management was rude and the workers did not do a good job (Still had residue left over). Considering the price you would expect to receive good customer service especially from management. There will always be good employees and bad ones, but management should be consistently professional.
They did a great job. Only things missed were the dog nose prints on the back two windows.
I use the $6 wash maybe once every 6 weeks. Probably been there 5 times now. The automatic wash works great for my 2015 Tundra. The side mirrors get banged around a bit but have never broken, so just the right amount of force in the spinning washers. The blow dry is good but there is always a little water left that dribbles down the windshield. The free vacuum at the end is a giant plus. I always seem to have some dirt in my floorboards. Never used the full service but for what I need this is great.
