I've been using this wash since we moved out to the area over a year ago. A great car wash place to get your washes done! Staff is nice and prompt-- vacuum area is clean and shaded. They also keep detail/drying towels out for you to borrow at the (free self-serve) vacuum station which is handy!
** Do keep an eye out to make sure the right lights and soaps come out when you purchase the Ultimate Gold- I've gone through at least 5 or 6 times and the guy at the entry bay punches in the wrong code and it gives me a basic wash.. so I've had to alert them, show my receipt and go back through a 2nd time under the proper wash code. Which is not a problem, and Kwik Kar always kindly corrects and makes right (but I would feel bad for customers who don't 'catch' the differences and miss out on the hot wax and RainX they paid for.)
Normally, we love this car wash, but I'm not sure what has happened. We came to get our truck washed (ultimate gold) this time our truck didn't look any different than when we pulled up. There was still stuff all over the windshield, sides of the truck, and front bumper. The employees were just walking around talking to each other and more worried about their personal vehicles then ours. Everyone was so rude and I am very disappointed. There's a good chance we won't be returning.

These people do a great job! Economic or premium services, this place is my favorite car wash.
I wouldn't recommend this car wash. In fact, I won't be returning. My husband and I do not come that often (perhaps on average once a month) and in the last year we've had our Mercedes damaged twice. The first time was a dent due to one of the employees swinging a broom and the handle hitting the top edge of our car. Luckily the video cameras caught it and the manager at the time let us watch the video and paid for our repairs and a rental car for one day. We decided to come back hoping we'd have no further issues, and knowing they'd handled the situation well. The second damage experience occurred today. As I was going through the car wash there was a large orange truck in front of me and a white Mercedes behind me. The guys were getting ready to close and had let me go through free (which I was appreciative of). When the orange truck finished it's wash it was just sitting at the end of the washing "tube" and hadn't moved any further than the moving tracks had taken it. I was approaching the end of my wash and noticed the truck still wasn't moving, I pressed on my horn a couple quick times to let them know to move. No response. I then was nearing the truck and was about to hit it, I had to press on my brakes in order to not hit the truck and laid on my horn. All while the tracks were trying to move me closer to the truck. The white Mercedes behind me was quickly approaching the end of her wash, but I could not move. I was hoping she'd press on her brakes too. She did not. The still-moving tracks and our trapped situation caused her to rear-end me. All the while I am still honking my horn. We were stuck trapped for SEVERAL minutes while I tried to get the attention of any employee at Kwik Kar to come help. Eventually one of the employees ran up, jumped in the truck and sped off. As it turns out they were running an unoccupied vehicle through with other cars behind it, completely unmonitored. I now have 2 paint damage spots from the license plate screws of the car behind me. The assistant manager did not want to write up an incident report and only offered to buy touch up paint himself and fix it himself. If I knew he was an experienced car body touch up professional it might have been comforting, but I left feeling incredibly frustrated. The touch up paint "solution" was not acceptable. The situation should not have occurred. I can no longer trust Kwik Kar of Lantana.
