I absolutely loved the service and everyone was so friendly and helpful. My car looked incredible when they were finished with the wash!
I like this place just fine because they do a good job cleaning my truck, and they give a 20% military discount. Sure the inside wasn't completely clean but what can you expect for only $27?!?! The manager came out to inspect and then went above and beyond by detailing extra parts of the outside! They also have half price Tuesdays also!
This is what I got after a $75 interior and exterior and seat shampoo. I hadnt gotten my car detailed in a while, sure, but this is just an incredible lack of attention to detail. All of the door jambs are still dirty, there is stuff that should have been removed if there was a thorough vacuuming completed. I paid to have the seats shampooed and they didnt shampoo the back seats completely. The product they used on the dash left everything feeling extremely greasy and now an hour later has still not dried (and is all streaky). When I was leaving, I noticed that the back windows had not been cleaned so I had to wave someone down to get those done. I tried to reach out to the manager when I saw that this was the condition it was returned to me in, but was told "They're busy right now." On the plus side, I was only waiting for two and a half hours for this.
Absolutely ridiculous service. My wife waited seven hours for her car to be finished ... seven hours. I could've built a car in that amount of time.
Great service. Full device wash was completed quickly and the job done was superb.
There are several carwash places close to this location, I strongly advise anyone needing a good car cleaning to look around and go to any of the others nearby.
At one point midway through the day, they did offer to give her a ride home. But that wouldn't have done much good because then she would've had to pay for an Uber to get right back up there when the car was finally done. At no point did they say to her, we're really backed up and it's going to be seven hours. Instead they left here waiting and waiting and waiting, with her constantly thinking surely won't be that much longer. Unbelievable.
