I should have trusted the other reviews. Waited over an hour fora regular $25 wash. They missed the entire rear hatch and passengers door of a small SUV, and didn't even vacuum crumbs off the seats. I went to save time- but I could have done a better job at home in half the time.
Update on Urban Car Wash in Lewisville, Texas. As a business owner you should be aware that your management at this place is inept. I brought my tow truck down there to get a car wash this morning at 0909. Please keep in mind that I personally use this place for both business and personal washes. Your manager Augustine told my driver that he did not have time to wash the trucks. There were 3 employees standing around with NO CARS AT ALL in your wash bay., but yet he was too busy to make you money today. If your profit margin is shrinking you might want to investigate the morning production numbers. He should be ashamed that while his employees were willing to work, he was not. This is not the first time that this has happened, but it will be the last time. I wanted to set up a fleet account for daily washes on the company trucks: however, I see that you are much too busy to increase the bottom line. I will take my business to a place that values customers, loyalty, and the company vision. I am not sure what is going on here, but I sure know it is not car washes.

Usually I pay for the $40 services, and I always come back because the customer service is good although the workmanship usually is halfass. Today I paid for $20 worth of work and the job was aweful, so I told the manager and he came out himself to fix the problem. Now I'm getting a $40 service for $20. I tip him because although my time is wasted he made sure to correct his error. In life no one is perfect but today I recognize this company for taking responsibility.
Only two other customers and my car sat untouched for 15 minutes before they started. I showed up at 4:38 and they close at 5:00. When I asked for my money back because it had been too long I was told he can't do that, it's close to closing so started sending people home and 'It is what it is.' At 5:02 my car finally exited the wash tunnel. I changed it from 2 stars to 3 because he offered me a $15 credit on next visit before I left. I finally left at 5:16 on a simple $25 service.
