I will certainly return for cleanings in the future.
I have been using monthly carwash for years. Initially, I was talking my cars to "Speedway Express Carwash" (while living in Plano). They offer towels and cleaner spray bottles with free vacuum. Then, I moved to Corinth, and got monthly pass at "Fast Lane Carwash" in Little Elm. Liked their newer equipment and hand towel drying at the exits. The only issue was the 8-9 miles drive plus toll ($1 plus) each way. My $25 monthly pass would turn into approx $45. Finally, I found Oceans Car Wash, which is on the way to work.
The $5 basic is all I ever need. They scrub the outside before it goes through. After coming out, they have free, high pressure vacuums. The only problem I have is the dryers do not totally dry the car.

I've now been to this car wash twice. I refrained from adding a review the first time so that I could try it a second time and see if my experience was any different. It was different, but not for the better.
These guys don't have the modern equipment (auto scanning of chip embedded in the sticker and the wash equipment appears older). Upon arrival, I point towards the sticker (next to oil change sticker and they print a receipt after entering license plate into in the system. These guys certainly have the most amount of foam compared to other three places. I also need to take the cars to the side of the building for hand-drying (after showing the receipt), which takes little extra time. But I can't complaint, since this is the only place that offers tire dressing for $25 monthly package. Now my black shiny car always have matching black tires (instead of greyish tires).
Unless I move, I won't be looking for any other carwash.
My second visit to this car wash was just as frustrating. The guys who were doing the car wash itself were really sweet and scrubbed my car to try and get the bugs off, even though I only got the $5 package (I didn't want to deal with waiting to have my car hand dried again). I would like to give them kudos, though I don't know their names, cause they were really friendly. However, when I got to the area where the vacuums were, I pulled into the parking spot and as I was getting out of my car, one of the attendants that worked in that area came over and literally removed the vacuums from either side of my car. Now I get that I came 15 minutes before closing time, but you shouldn't be shutting down a major part of your car wash before closing time. I had to grab the vacuum from the next parking spot over and literally drag it over my car in order to vacuum the opposite side. This was a deal breaker for me. I'm not about to scratch up my new car just because I showed up 15 minutes before closing time.
Received an excellent detail from Oceans today. The operator actually talked me down from a more expensive detailing service based on the condition of my vehicle.
I had special requests and everything was performed spectacularly.
The first time I came to this car wash, I got the package where they towel dry your car. After I parked in the area with the vacuums (after the car wash), I waited several minutes before anybody actually came to dry my car. By then, the car was pretty much dry from the heat and there were water spots on it. I wasn't extremely pleased with that, since I literally paid extra to get it hand dried (I didn't care about all the other stuff that came with the $11 package). After this visit, it rained and I called the following day to see if there was any sort of rain check since there was nothing notated on the receipt. The owner called me back and advised that yes, there was usually a 2 day rain check, but since he was so late getting back to me, he said I could come at any point during the weekend to have it rewashed. I appreciated that and I liked how kind the owner was. I came back to have it rewashed and experienced the same thing with waiting for the drying, but this time I didn't have the expectations I had the time before so it was less irritating.
There are other negative aspects about this car wash that I don't necessarily enjoy, but was willing to deal with for the cheap $5 wash. These include a 4 minute limit on the vacuums and what seemed like just one trash can for the whole area.
