Apparently they don't care too much about honoring their own hours of operation! Showed up at 10 after 6 to get a wash and they apparently decided they didn't want to stay open until their posted closing time of 7 o'clock... Even more confusing was that this was the first really nice weather day we'd had in a long time to, so should have been the best time to stay open the hours they have posted!! Not very professionally run in my opinion!!
Every place in town has been packed and unable to do an inspection (understandabley at the end of the month when registration is due). When I pulled up to Wash Guys at 5:30pm on a Thursday, and employee was quick to greet me and take my car right away. I had my car inspected and plus a free basic car wash all on literally 15 minutes. Not to mention my waiting experience was awesome in their super comfy and SUPER clean waiting area! The employees gave outstanding customer service asking how my day was going and before I knew it my car was ready! I will definitely be recommending Wash Guys on 407 and will be coming back for any future car service!
Excellent service. I’ve been getting my car cleaned for two years now and I’ve never had nor witnessed any problems. I’m a club member, and usually there once a week. Rush or not, employees work in a timely manner and never miss a spot. Ignore the bad reviews.
Not impressed by their service, I took my truck for one of their high grade wash and detail job and they did a really good job on exterior but didn't do much with my interiors, my truck was clean before bringing it in but had little spots here and there to be wiped off on my seats, dash, door panels and door jams, unfortunately they thought it was too clean to mess with it I guess? I will give it a second try and update this review later.
Got my truck washed here for the first time today since Celebrity Car Wash no longer accepts tires 12.5" or wider. I got the ultra clean detail package and decided to leave my truck while the detail was performed. When I returned less than an hour later my truck was parked out front and ready to go. Both the wash and detail job were perfect and my truck was the dirtiest it's ever been. Their wash tunnel is shorter than most but seemed to do a fine job. The customer service was great and I was greeted as soon as I pulled in. I would recommend Wash Guys based on their performance and customer service.
